An Open Letter to the Ministries of Defence and scientists of various states
The ongoing catastrophic climatic changes, geomagnetic anomalies, tectonic shifts etc. demand urgent scientific and governmental action. A Russian inventor proposes the "Fulcrum" mechanism, a theoretical project designed to stabilize the Earth's position, smoothly following the magnetic fields and "moving" with them until the Earth reaches a stable position before the next pole shift. Immediate collaboration, a prototype development and the global coordination are essential to mitigate possible cataclisms. Time is running out — decisive action is needed now.
At the beginning of March 2025 we decided to send letters to the Ministries of Defence, Science and to scientists of various states. The list of regions and countries receiving the letter published below will be constantly updated and expanded as more letters are sent.
In the near future, we will all see how the ministries and leaders of different countries, scientists respond to these problems and seek solutions in the interests of the world's population.
An Open Letter to Ministries of Defence and scientists
The catastrophic and irreversible changes in climate and other environmental conditions, already observed worldwide, require immediate response. These measures must encourage to decisive actions not only from the scientific community but also from the relevant authorities at local, national, and international levels. The following information is of great importance as it suggests a concrete solution.
As is well known, the speed of the magnetic pole's movement in the Northern Hemisphere has recently slowed sharply, after accelerating since the 1990s. Scientists have not yet been able to fully explain the causes of this anomaly and other ongoing processes, nor can they predict exactly when the next geomagnetic shift or reversal will occur. (1) It is also well known that the Earth's geographic North and South poles are shifting as the planet's axis of rotation changes due to the distribution of the planet's mass. (2)
The changes that have begun in recent decades — such as the acceleration of tectonic plate movement (3) , crustal fractures in various regions, the slowing of the Atlantic meridional overturning circulation (AMOC) (4) , the movement of heterogeneous fluid masses in the Earth's interior (5) , and more — continue to intensify globally, with increasingly dire predictions about their destructive consequences. More and more scientists are now openly sounding the alarm (6). The authorities at all levels and ranks need to start responding promptly and, together with scientists, seek solutions that have already been proposed.
There is a theoretical project development called "fulcrum" mechanism, presented by the inventor Varziev T. V. The uniqueness of this mechanism lies in the fact that it does not depend on external environmental factors - such as ground, air or water. With the help of this mechanism, it would be possible to regulate the Earth's position relative to the shifting magnetic fields, keeping the planet in a more or less stable position and preventing the possibility of a sudden displacement by several thousand kilometres.
Here is what the inventor himself writes about what is happening to the Earth and how to solve the problem:
"The gradual shift of the poles alters the position of surface and underground masses of water, lava, and oil. Seas are gradually shifting to new locations; lava, as it moves, encounters gases and water, which increases its impact on the Earth's surface layers, leading to fractures in the crust and volcanic eruptions. By analysing temperature changes in different parts of the Earth, it is possible to calculate the direction and speed of movement of surface and underground masses. By measuring the expansion of coastlines due to water displacement, one can also calculate the volume of liquid masses shifting within the planet, as surface and underground waters are interconnected."
The thrust force that changes the position of the Earth encounters resistance from the Earth's shape. If our planet were a perfect sphere with its axis exactly in the center, the Earth's shift would be impossible. But our planet is not a perfect sphere. The Earth's positional shift will slow down (and according to the latest data, it has already slowed down), but the movement of liquid masses will continue since the tilt has already occurred.
When the shifting liquid masses outweigh the resistance, there will no longer be any hope for a gradual continuation of the Earth's positional change - at that point, a sudden Earth's shift will occur. This will no longer be a slow climate change, but an abrupt temperature shift of tens of degrees Celsius - leading to warming in some regions and extreme cooling in others. The "fulcrum" mechanism, installed at three different locations on the planet, would be sufficient to allow the Earth to smoothly follow the magnetic field and "move" with it until it reaches a stable position for the next few hundred years". It is necessary to carefully study both the material in the book and the issues related to the "fulcrum" mechanism, and to contact the inventor (email: t.v.varziev@gmail.com) for discussing details. At the same time, it is essential to reach out to representatives from other regions and countries to coordinate common steps and actions.
We urge you to start developing a prototype of this mechanism, before disasters and catastrophes take your countries and regions by surprise causing the catastrophic, destructive, and irreversible consequences as no other solution has been proposed yet so far, but the cataclysms and natural disasters continue to increase. Urgent action is needed as time is running out.
